An example of cyberbullying is posting an embarrassing picture of someone on social media to humiliate them. Keep your social media profiles on private. Only your friends can view your profile so no strangers can access your profile. Strangers accessing your profile can lead to cyber stalking. Pick a random sensible username that isn’t personal. Don’t include your name or the city you live in. This way, you aren’t revealing anything too personal about yourself to strangers viewing your username. Don’t post rude comments or post something embarrassing of yourself or others. What goes online, stays online. You may regret something you post or say in the future. Treat others how you’d like to be treated online. Don’t add ‘friends’ or talk to people you don’t know online. You can’t believe what they are saying or trust them at all. Only talk with your friends who you know and have met in real life.
